Autodesk has released a new version of MeshMixer, its modeling tool for combining parts from different 3D models and outputting them to 3D printers. The headline features is a redesign of the print workflow. Users are now able to add custom printers by creating a path to any printer software to do the actual print, alternatively the model can be exported as an STL file and sent to 3rd party printing services.  More on Meshmixer’s website.
